Fast Motion vs Slow Motion

Now this picture is pretty much describing how I feel at this particular moment. I feel that the world around me is moving in fast motion and I am stuck in the slow motion, watching everything pass by me. I am struggling to try and catch up and meet everyone's requirements. Every time I close my eyes, it feels like hours pass by, sometimes even days. Soon enough, I think I will eventually catch up and be in the fast motion world, or maybe it will be the other way around, the fast motion world, will slow down and come to me? I guess it depends on how you look at it.
